About the Directorate

Sadullozoda Suhrob Fayzali was born on March 27, 1983, in the Republic of Tajikistan. He is of Tajik nationality and holds a higher education degree.

In 2005, he graduated from the Tajik Technical University named after Academician Muhammad Osimi with a degree in engineering, specializing in the maintenance of gas supply, heating, and ventilation systems. In 2019, he completed his studies at the Tajik National University with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.

He began his professional career in 2010 as a technical staff member at the Directorate for the Construction of Government Facilities under the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. Until 2016, he held various positions within the institution, including technical engineer, 2nd category engineer, 1st category engineer, Deputy Head of the Production Department, and Head of the Production Department.

From 2016 to 2021, he served as the Head of the Department of State Non-Departmental Expertise of Construction Projects under the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 5, 2021, he was appointed Director of the State Institution “Directorate for the Construction of Government Facilities” under the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, a position he continues to hold to the present day.

Шарифзода Ҷамшед

Шарифзода Ҷамшед 17 майи соли 1979 дар деҳаи Остона (собиқ Тошгузар), ҷамоати деҳоти Лолазори ноҳияи Данғара дар оилаи коргар таваллуд шудааст.

Соли 1996 муассисаи таҳсилоти миёнаи умумии №35-и ноҳияи Данғараро хатм намуда, фаъолияти меҳнатии худро дар хоҷагии зотпарварии ноҳияи Данғара ба ҳайси челонгар оғоз кардааст. Солҳои 2001–2002 дар муҳоҷирати меҳнатӣ дар Федератсияи Россия фаъолият намудааст.

Соли 2005 ба шуъбаи ғоибонаи Донишгоҳи техникии Тоҷикистон ба номи академик М. С. Осимӣ аз рӯйи ихтисоси “Сохтмони саноатӣ ва шаҳрвандӣ” дохил шуда, соли 2011 онро бомуваффақият хатм намудааст.

Фаъолияти касбии худро дар соҳаи сохтмон идома дода, солҳои 2009–2018 дар ҶСК “СТС-Иншоот” ба ҳайси усто, саркор ва сардори минтақа кор кардааст.

Солҳои 2018–2020 муҳандиси дараҷаи якуми шуъбаи истеҳсолӣ, солҳои 2020–2022 сардори шуъбаи истеҳсолӣ буда, аз соли 2022 то имрӯз ба ҳайси сармуҳандиси МД “Дирексияи сохтмони иншоотҳои ҳукуматӣ” фаъолият менамояд.

Соли 2021 бо Фармони Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон №213 аз 23 июли соли 2021 бо медали “Хизмати шоиста” сарфароз гардонида шудааст.

Ҳамзамон, соли 2019 ба Академияи идоракунии давлатии назди Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дохил шуда, соли 2023 онро бо ихтисоси иқтисодчӣ-менеҷер хатм намудааст. Ин маълумоти дуюми олии ӯ ба ҳисоб меравад.

Roziqiyon Zarif Abduvohidzoda

Roziqiyon Zarif Abduvohidzoda was born on May 27, 1978, in the Republic of Tajikistan. He is of Tajik nationality and holds a higher education degree.

Education

In 2000, he graduated from the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service with a degree in Economics and Management.

Professional Career

He began his professional career in government institutions and worked in the following bodies:

• Executive Authority of the city of Dushanbe;

• Executive Authority of Sino District;

• National Council of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized as an experienced, responsible, and dedicated specialist.

Since 2016, he has been serving as the Head of the Administration Department of the State Institution “Directorate for the Construction of Government Facilities” under the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Awards and Honors

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 27, 2017, he was awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Public Activity

From 2020 to 2025, he served as a deputy of the Assembly of People’s Deputies of Shohmansur District and carried out active public service.
